Step 1 - Select Your Unit Type
Select
Rent Storage from either the navigation bar at the top of
the screen (if on a computer/tablet) or from the menu button at the top
of the screen (if on mobile).
Once you're on the Rent Storage page, select the Unit Type you wish to rent by selecting the Rent button for that Unit Type.
Should
you have a preference for a specific unit, you can pick from whichever
you prefer. Otherwise, our system will select one for you.
Once you're ready, select Rent Now to continue to the Account Creation page.
Step 2 - Account Creation and Payment
Complete the form as shown and once you are finished click or press the
Create Account and Log in button at the bottom under
Password confirmation.
Then you will need to add your payment information. Once you have completed this form, click on the Proceed to Confirmation button.
Lastly,
confirm the options you have selected, agree to our storage agreement,
and then hit confirm to pay for your unit and be assigned a gate code.
Step 3 - Move In Process
After renting your unit, you must meet with management at the storage facility on or before your move-in date.
At that initial meeting,
bring the lock for your unit (preferably a disk lock) and we will go over things such as:
- Your unit's location
- Gate operation and rules
- Facility rules
- Go over any additional questions you may have
Step 4 - Always Follow Safe Storage Practices
Before placing your items in your storage unit, it is recommended to place a tarp or other suitable waterproof material down on the floor for an extra layer of protection. Especially for long-term rentals.
Never store cardboard boxes or cloth materials directly on the concrete. Low levels of moisture or condensation can occur with temperature fluctuations on concrete floors, and could possibly cause damage your items. We have an exterminator come and spray for bugs externally and lay traps for rodents around our facility, but it is the tenant's sole responsibility to ensure the interior of their unit(s) is sprayed for insects and the proper precautions are taken to keep rodents out of the unit and their own belongings.
It is the tenants responsibility to see that their items are stored properly.
